ProColorTransfers Return and Refund Policy
At ProColorTransfers, we take pride in delivering consistent quality and ensuring that each customer is satisfied with their purchase. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the specific circumstances under which orders, including custom Gangroll prints and apparel, may qualify for a reprint, replacement, or refund. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions stated below.
1. Gangroll Orders
When you submit a Gangroll order through ProColorTransfers, you agree to the following conditions:

Artwork Responsibility
All prints are produced exactly as submitted by the customer. The quality of the final product directly depends on the artwork file you provide. If a file is low-resolution or improperly prepared, and this results in a low-quality print, we cannot offer a refund or reprint. It is your responsibility to ensure that your file meets our quality and format requirements before placing the order.

Size Confirmation
Once artwork and size dimensions are submitted and approved, they are considered final. Because the Gangroll process is automated and begins immediately after order confirmation, we cannot modify the file or dimensions once it enters production. Refunds or reprints will not be issued for sizing issues that match the specifications you submitted.

Duplicate Orders
If duplicate orders are accidentally submitted, we cannot offer a refund once both have entered production. Refunds or cancellations may only be considered if the duplicate order has not yet begun printing.
2. Apparel and Heat Press-Related Orders

Heat Press Application
ProColorTransfers is not responsible for apparel that becomes damaged or unusable during the heat press process, whether performed by the customer or a third party. We recommend reviewing all instructions and heat settings carefully before applying your transfer. Refunds cannot be issued for garments affected by improper application.
3. Shipping Delays and Missed Deadlines
We understand that some orders are time-sensitive. However, because shipping involves third-party carriers and external factors beyond our control (such as weather delays or logistics issues), ProColorTransfers does not issue refunds or reprints for missed deadlines or events caused by shipping delays.
By placing your order, you acknowledge that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
4. Defective or Faulty Products
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is clearly defective or contains a manufacturing error, we offer the following resolution options:

Reprint Option
If a clear production defect is verified, we will provide a reprint of the affected portion of your order at no additional cost.

Return or Refund Option
If you prefer not to receive a reprint, we may evaluate the situation for a possible return or refund. This determination will be made on a case-by-case basis after reviewing your claim and any supporting evidence (such as photos or videos).
